Every coat in the game, grouped by rarity. The odds below are exactly what the server uses when a foal is born.
How a foal's coat is chosen
10% mother's coat
10% father's coat
10% a grandparent's (2.5% each)
70% a new coat, rolled by rarity
An inherited coat keeps its rarity at any generation. When the grandparents aren't known (the parents are starters), their share goes to the new-coat roll. Hair, eyes and hooves are rolled the same way, each on its own.

Locked tiers are left out and the open tiers share their chance. Within a tier, every available coat has the same chance. Seasonal coats only join the roll between their event dates, but ponies keep them forever and can pass them on. Limited editions are never rolled; they can only be inherited.
