A pony's life
Buy a starter
Pick a mare or a stallion at a DFS vendor. The Starter Box shows its coat; touch it to deliver your Gen 0 pony.
Keep it fed
Rez a food and a water trough within 20 metres. Ponies eat and drink by themselves every few minutes.
Breed at 7 days
Bring a healthy mare and stallion within 5 metres, touch one and choose Breed. The mare foals 3 days later.
Welcome the foal
Rez a Birth Box next to the mare and choose Birth. The foal's gender, generation and coat are decided by the server.
They never die
If hunger or thirst reaches zero, a pony gets sick and stops breeding. It is never deleted. A Recovery Potion brings it back to full health, or you can keep it as a pet with its text hidden.
Ponies age in real time, in-world or in your inventory, but they can only eat and drink while rezzed.
